Each form suggests a presence rather than a portrait, leaving space for interpretation and recognition. The mask is crafted from naturally tanned sole leather using traditional shoemaking techniques. Through a layered painting process, developed specifically for this work, the surface gains a wood like depth and richness. The finish is
