Take Pierre Boillots Les Pruliers, which is quite the oppositeits floral, finessed, and delicately detailed, thanks to vines that are more than a century old, planted in 1911. In its youth, budding aromatics of rose and black cherry stand out, but over time, it will mature into a woodsy, truffled beauty with a
