Speaking of equipment, Mask of Memory remains one of the best ways to draw cards in Commander, period

My problem with this commander is that the upside is low, as draining an opponent for 2 or stealing creatures with restrictions isn't that awesome

The card is cast from exile, and so try and avoid taking Vampires with it that you would've otherwise played from your hand with Strefan, but anything like a removal spell or enchantment is an excellent pick.
