DOSAGE DIRECTIONS DOSAGE: Take two tablets with food at the first sign of period pain or menstrual bleeding to relieve period pain up to 8 hours, followed by one tablet every 6 to 8 hours as required. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 5 tablets in 24 hours.
