So far, the cards in the MTG X ATLA crossover are split into two major categories: those being the universally legal Avatar: The Last Airbender (TLA), and the limited bonus cards labeled Avatar: The Last Airbender Eternal (TLE)

Limited formats are usually a bit more aggressive nowadays, so it won't be as good here, but if you're playing three colours or a slow or sacrifice strategy, you'll want this surveyor skittering into your deck

Considering that these are some of the rarest Pokmon (or MTG too, I suppose?) cards in existence, I don't think a whole 1.5 off of the condition rating is too egregious
